'TC looks forward to a lazy summer at Semaphore's beach. Only problem, her mother has taken a job in the Hills and moved TC into an academically demanding high school. Signed up for rowing, TC is plunged into the harrowing sport, where she must quickly bond with the rowing quad if they are to have any chance of beating the favoured private college team. As pressures mount at school and on the river, TC must find the courage to juggle old friends and new, and overcome unexpected challenges if she is to finish the rowing season.
