'Written Portraits, a national annual writing competition for 13 to 18 year olds, is now in to its second year. It was launched by Forming Circles Pty Ltd to inspire high school students to explore and develop their literacy skills.
'“Written Portraits 2013” showcases some of the best young writing talent across Australia in this anthology of short stories. The winning entrants have successfully captured this year’s competition theme “Portraits at Home”, providing an astonishing insight into the issues associated with being a young person living in Australia today.
