Eddie, a blind man, is on a groceries trip with his partner Allegra when he stops to talk with a young friend, Ben. Ben's partner, Jessie, is pregnant, and Ben seeks advice from Eddie. Eddie comforts him by talking about how he and Allegra adapted to his blindness, leaving Ben less worried about the future.
