BiographyHistory

Noel Giovani Ramiscal is a lawyer and poet. He completed undergraduate degrees in Law and Philosophy at the University of the Philippines. In Australia he has been awarded a Master of Law (Advanced) and a PhD in Law from the University of Queensland. His first book of poetry Noelses was published in four languages in the Philippines in 2005 and was commended by the Philippine National Commission on Indigenous Peoples for preserving the indigenous language Ibanag. His second book, A Radical’s Chronicles, was published by UST Publishing House in 2012.
