The "West Wimmera Advocate" was launched in 1930. It is published on Wednesdays at Edenhope, in Victoria, which is located west of Horsham near the South Australia border. It mainly circulates in the townships of Edenhope, Apsley, Goroke and Harrow and in some areas of southeastern SA.
Editions of the newspaper from before 1982 are held at the West Wimmera Shire Council.
