The society is open on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 am to 12 noon, but other times can be arranged. The society advises that advance notice of research to be done would be helpful.

The National Library of Australia and the State Libraries of NSW and Victoria also hold collections of historical editions of the "Pastoral Times".
